Return Policy

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, use our contact form with your order number and reason. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return address.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? Contact us through the form within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange to collect a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Used grooming items, opened consumables and used chew toys can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping isn't refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
